Babcock are seeking an Electrical and Electronic Engineering Graduate for an exciting opportunity to work in Devonport! Day-to-day, you could find yourself assisting with work on electrical power distribution or electrical control and instrumentation, involving both analogue and digital systems. Babcock’s graduates get involved in everything from concept design and AutoCAD layouts to testing, installation, commissioning and handover to clients. You’ll be working within multidisciplinary teams, investigating solutions to engineering problems.
What will we need from you?
The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude with strong research, writing and communication skills. The ability to write technical reports investigating failures, obsolescence or other issues with current equipment is also essential to your success within this role. Working on projects delivering detailed drawings, maintenance regimes, and conducting safety reviews, you will be exciting about working on different systems and with different pieces of equipment.
Along with the above attributes, this opportunity is suited to candidates who have:
- Completed studies for a Bachelor in Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
