 The role

Looking for a UI/UX designer with strong knowledge of ‘Webflow design tool' who will work directly with us in designing and building websites. This role will begin part time, but has the potential provide an opportunity for an ongoing/long-term role for the right candidate. You will be part of a creative and dynamic team, made up of photographers, videographers and editors. A basic understanding of HTML5/CSS3 would be beneficial.

Main activities / tasks you will be helping with:

  • Create sketches and wireframes / page layouts based on insights, requirements and content elements provided
  • Design beautiful high-fidelity mockups based on sketches and wireframes
  • Implement the high-fidelity mockups in Webflow site builder.
  • Help form and identify various design improvement opportunities for websites or other assets (Let those creative juices flow!)
  • Assist with other occasional visual / graphic design for the website or other assets as needed

This position would ideally suit someone looking to initially supplement their income, with the strong potential to increase their hours and responsibility over time. Hours and pay will be per project with varying levels depending on scope of the project.


  • Studying Web Design or similar
  • Ability to structure information / content and turn into functional and clean page layouts / wireframes (great at sketching and wireframing from low fidelity to high fidelity)
  • You enjoy UI and visual design and have skill / knack for aesthetics
  • Strong ability to turn sketches and wireframes (Either on paper or Adobe XD/Sketch) into clean, elegant, functional and visually pleasing designs
  • Expert at Webflow website building too and have a feel for modern UI design
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and remote collaboration abilities
