The role

Mesh are looking for a Building Information Modelling (BIM) junior to join their team. The term building information modelling (BIM) is often mis-understood; commonly associated with the use of 3D modelling tools like Revit, to design and document buildings. Mesh use BIM as an integrated design tool early in the design process, ensuring critical coordination information is supplied and understood earlier. From engineering calculations to monitoring and analysing people movement, the scope and breadth of BIM can be as broad or narrow as required.

You’ll work closely with the BIM Lead, you’ll act as a digital project manager between the NZ team and the Philippines team, making sure QA checks are carried out and managing deadlines and protocols.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Some project management exposure would be beneficial
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn (full training provided)

Why choose Mesh Engineering?

A generous salary is on offer along with an extra week of annual leave to encourage you to take long weekends and enjoy the summer! You’ll get exposure to each area of the business in order to understand the bigger picture. You’ll work with a fun and close-knit team who enjoy a good laugh and promote flexible working and work life balance. They often go for lunch on Fridays or order uber eats if the weathers bad.
